These terms apply to education, events, services and products provided by Brenter Nordic ApS CVR 40893377 - an independent company owned by Victoria Holding ApS. Brenter Nordic ApS CVR 40893377 is referred to in the terms as 'Copenhill Snowbikes'.
1.2 CopenHill A/S Terms and Conditions
Brenter Nordic ApS's Terms and Conditions apply to education, events, services and products provided by Brenter Nordic ApS.In addition to the CopenHill Snowbike Terms, it is also a requirement that all participants follow the guidelines and instructions of CopenHill A/S. 1.3 Booking
All bookings must be made through the booking system at CopenHill A/S or booked at CopenHill Snowbike (Brenter Nordic ApS). Your booking is only finally confirmed when you have paid for the lesson/event and received a receipt in writing or sent to your e-mail.
In order to organise the lessons / events correctly, you need to provide your first name, last name, age (children), shoe size, experience, level, etc. It is important that all the information mentioned is correct, otherwise it will affect the lesson / event and CopenHill Snowbike can in the extreme not deliver the lesson / event. If incorrect information is provided and the lesson cannot be completed, you will not receive a refund for the lesson.
If you find that you are in a class that is not appropriate for your level, let your instructor know immediately. CopenHill Snowbike will then try to adjust the composition of the teams to ensure that you get the best experience and learning. If it is not possible to adjust the composition of the classes, you will not be reimbursed for the lessons.Always remember to arrive early to make the most of your time. If you arrive late for an activity or are not at the correct meeting point when the activity starts, you will not be entitled to any form of refund for the lesson/event.
Unless otherwise agreed the meeting point will be at the bottom of the CopenHill hill where there will be staff from CopenHill Snowbike to greet you.
Lift queues may occur for lessons / events. We will always aim to conduct lessons / events so that waiting time and lift queues are minimised. Copenhill Snowbike has no ability to influence how busy it is at CopenHill and no refund will be given for the lesson / event.
Children must be at least 10 years old to participate in our lessons unless otherwise agreed with CopenHill Snowbikes.
1.4 Medical condition and injuries
Participants in lessons / events are responsible for being in a state of health that allows participation in activities with CopenHill Snowbike.
It is important to note that the surface of CopenHill is not snow, but plastic. This will affect the type of clothing and equipment used on CopenHill. Copenhill Snowbike strongly recommends the use of helmets, gloves, long sleeved jackets and long pants for lessons / events.
By your payment you agree that all lessons / events are at your own risk and that CopenHill Snowbike cannot be held responsible for any damage or injury you may incur during the lessons / events.
CopenHill Snowbike is also not responsible for damage to your equipment, clothing or the like.
1.5 Re-booking of courses and events
Booked courses / events cannot be cancelled.Up to 24 hours before booked classes / events you can rebook your classes / events or get credit for later booking.
0-24 hours before the start of the lesson or event, it is not possible to rebook the lesson/event and no refund will be given for any payment received for the lesson/event.
If you want to have a lesson / event within 24 hours, you can always contact CopenHill Snowbike and we will do our best to arrange your lesson / event.
1.6 Cancellation of teaching / events
1.6.1 Cancellation of team composition
In order to deliver a team course, there must be a minimum of 4 participants in a team. If you are the only participant in a team, Copenhill Snowbike has the right to cancel your lesson/event. If this, against expectation should occur, you will be contacted by email or phone. You will be offered to reschedule your lesson to another team or receive a refund for the team lesson booked.
1.6.2 Cancellation due to weather conditions, safety and behaviour
CopenHill Snowbike has the right to deny access and/or expel persons who do not behave according to the rules of the area or who do not follow the instructions given by CopenHill Snowbike. In the event of expulsion, no refund will be made of any payment received for the lesson/event.
As the majority of CopenHill's recreational areas are on the roof of the Amager Bakke power/heating plant, there will sometimes be periods when people are not allowed on the roof surface or the roof surface must be cleared of people due to various shutdowns of plants/incinerators, start-ups of plants/incinerators, tests, evacuations, etc. In such a case, if you have booked training and your training is interrupted, the remaining training time will be refunded as a credit that can be used at a later date.
In case of strong winds or bad weather, we may have to close the recreational facilities for safety reasons. In such cases, you will be refunded your remaining tuition as a credit that can be used at a later date.
1.7 Complaints
We do our best to constantly update the website and ensure that prices and descriptions are correct. However, prices may vary and we reserve the right to make any errors that may occur.

If we fail to find a solution, you can lodge a complaint with the Complaints Resolution Centre, provided the conditions are met:

Any agreement entered into between us under these terms and conditions shall be governed by Danish law. Any dispute arising in connection with our agreement shall be brought before a competent court in Denmark.
